Organize your personal information

Many people have great difficulty with keeping there information organized. Important pieces of information tend to scatter themselves around the house and office. The problem is not only that this information is important, but it is also private; things such as passwords, ideas and plans. Some people keep all their information in a book, but this can be lost, in the event of which a great deal of inconvenience is caused.

Its an endless spiral of disorganization, and it means things have to be done again and again, when time could be put into something so much better.

Many people who have difficulty organizing their important information, cite the following problems that result from this fact:
"For me a particular problem has been how to organize my many passwords that I have to use in every day life. I need them so that they are in one place and easy to access at any time. I need to remember my password for my hotmail account, my blog site, for my online banking system etc, and of-course I don't want other people to see them. Of course many times I've ended up forgetting a password, and that has ended up being very inconvenient. Passwords are very important and highly annoying if they get lost or forgotten."

"There is another type of information that I need to organize. In my job I have a creative post in which ideas pop into my mind constantly. Sometimes I list them on a piece of paper, other times I keep them in my head for the time being, but what I need is a place where I can keep this information without fuss, and which will secure it so that only I have access to the information."

"I go abroad a lot, and take credit cards and other such things that are identified by their individual number (travelers checks, passport etc). It is necessary to organize all of this information and keep it in one place, so that if something is lost or stolen, it is easier to get them replaced. Of-course this information needs to be at available at my fingertips, so that I can deal with such a situation as quickly as possible."

As can be seen, the common thread in these cases is that a there is a great need for a place where infomation can be organized and stored in one place; and for this information to be accessible at any time, whilst being kept absolutely secure.

Fortunately there is a solution to this problem. Its a program called PortaWhiz Info Manager, offered to you by PortaWhiz. The program is the ideal solution for anybody with problems touched on in the quotes above. By installing the program onto your Pocket PC and/or desktop, you instantly have a secure place to store all of your personal information in an organized fashion.

It's very easy to use; with just a couple of clicks you can open up a 'note' and input all of your passwords for safe keeping. You can open up a second 'note' for your ideas, and a third for credit cards/travel documents. You can then title the notes to make the information easy to retrieve at a later date. You set up a password for entering the program, and now this will be the only one you have to remember!

This program will satisfy all of your information storage needs. The information is stored in a strongly encrypted database (which means no one else will be able to access the information). Also, the same PortaWhiz Info Manager database file can be used on your Pocket PC, and on your personal computer. This means that you can use your personal computer to quickly enter or edit your notes when you're are at home, and your mobile Pocket PC for viewing and editing notes when on a trip.

This program will help you to organize your life, which will lead to benefits at home and at work. To find out more please goto www.portawhiz.com.
